Sean was instrumental in making our party a great success. He was attentive to our needs and managed to play all of our and our guests‘ favourite songs. Sean was the best DJ we ever used and there wasn’t a minute when the dance floor wasn’t packed. The transitions between songs were amazing.

We hire Sean for every event whether that’s a house party or a party in the pub. There’s not one thing I could fault about him he plays whatever you want he listens to all requests and he has everyone up dancing. My mother in law recently passed away and she wanted us to have a party for her wake so that’s what we did we hired Sean for it as usual and boy did he throw us a party he had everyone up dancing (which you don’t see at many wakes) 100/10 and will always help in anyway he can. Amazing from start to finish. We had quite a busy party with a mixture of people/ages and Sean managed to nail it. We didn’t give him much to go off either as only gave about 10 songs before hand. Would definitely recommend and be using for the wedding. Even kept going until the party stopped even though he was only hired till 12am. Thank-you so much, you smashed it!

Sean blew it out of the bag!! We really couldn\'t of asked for better DJ, Sean really goes above and beyond and that shows in his service. Spectrum were so reliable during covid19 and it was all certainly worth the wait. Sean tailored everything we could of wanted and more!! He puts so much into his work and that shows as a lot of my wedding guests asked for his details for their future events. We was let down by various other companies and Sean really made the effort to help us when he didn\'t have to whatsoever, just shows his passion and how dedicated he is to his profession! Everyone was up dancing from 6pm onwards and for us we wouldnt use anyone else now!! Stuck with us Sean!!!

We booked Spectrum DJ after a recommendation from our friend who has booked for her wedding next year. We booked with Sean over email and was able to submit a playlist of songs that we would like to be played throughout the night. My fiancé and I hosted an engagement party, so the hall was full of mixed ages. On the night Sean had everyone up on the dance floor, the atmosphere was amazing and everyone was praising how good Sean was. I will defiantly be booking again, thank you for a spectacular night!

JUST GREAT!!! I booked Sean from Spectrum DJ for my friend\'s hen do in early September and still to this day people are talking about how amazing it was! As we couldn\'t go abroad we wanted to bring Ibiza to Manchester and I have to say booking Sean to play for our pool party was the best decision ever. From the beginning, Sean was so quick at replying to emails and letting me know what he could offer. I felt so at ease and nothing was too much trouble! Paying the deposit and final fee was easy and putting together our song list was great! Sean knew exactly what he was doing and catered for our music needs perfectly! Sèan, provided the music for our Wedding on the 31/07/21. I booked Spectrum DJ’s for my daughters 12th birthday party. I was very impressed by the service provided by Sean. The communication pre event was fantastic as I was able to upload playlists in order for Sean to see what music my daughter wanted to ensure they all had a great night. (I’ve never had this service offered before and been let down by other DJ’s not playing what I had asked for).
The lighting system was great everyone loved the smoke machine and lights and hit the dance floor as soon as they arrived.
I was so impressed by Spectrum DJ’s they were extremely professional and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a DJ. I will be booking again!

I needed some lighting for my daughter\'s birthday party at what would otherwise have been a rather bare and functional venue. Wasn\'t sure what was out there, but not only were Spectrum local to me but they were able to provide just what I needed: enough lighting and effects to make a great party atmosphere and all I had to do was flick a switch. They were even able to work around the fact that they already had a booking in another part of the country for that night.

Having already witnessed spectrum DJ @ a friends 70th we were aware of the content and quality of the disco. We booked the disco for my wifes 80th(yes 80th!).
We got a deal for paying cash upfront,great!. Sean even came to the house to clue us up as how to proceed etc. Picked our own songs, all the old rock n rollers,even got a reminder a week before to check every thing was O K, Great night!!

Without a doubt Sean is the best DJ you will find on the wirral! Booked for my Dad for his 50th for an 80s theme night and we was all very impressed! Everybody had a great night, and a big part of that was the music! He makes the service as personal as possible and makes sure he knows exactly what you want. Well worth the money! (In my opinion it was a little too cheap for the service we received!) Would definitely recommend and will certainly be booking again for the next event!

We booked Spectrum DJ and Lighting Hire for our wedding in July 2015 and they were absolutely fantastic! On first meeting Sean prior to our wedding, my husband and I were incredibly impressed at how professional he was, arriving with a printed form to cover all the details he needed for the night - many questions that we hadn\'t even considered ourselves!! We had a mixture of ages ranging from mid twenties up to sixties at our wedding and the music was just superb! We gave Sean a list of songs we\'d like playing for both young and old and he seamlessly weaved them into his set! He was also great at responding to requests on the night and had a fantastic attitude - nothing was too much trouble! We also used their services to do our chair covers at the wedding, which again were brilliant and at a great price! There were two suppliers on our wedding day who we wanted to especially recommend as being outstanding and Spectrum DJ and Lighting Hire are one of them! I can\'t recommend their services enough or tell you how happy my new husband and I were to have them DJ at our wedding - the dance floor was packed all night! Never used Sean or had any referals before I booked Spectrum so unsure what I was getting, it was my wifes 50th and we had a real mix of age groups. Sean had asked before the party what type of music and what age groups would be present so he could arrange the right mix. Absolutely incredible! Made sure everything I wanted was played along with other songs that got people up dancing. Give off such a friendly atmosphere and I would most definitely hire him again for any future parties, he was outstanding! I have nothing but good words to say about Spectrum DJ and Lighting Hire! I recently booked them for my 18th and had the best time and so did all my guests! I have had great amounts of compliments and had people asking for contact details to book for themselves! The music was brilliant and every song I had on my personalised playlist got played! Overall it was such a brilliant night and Spectrum DJ and Lighting Hire played a massive part in that and therefore, they deserve 5 stars all around and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to book for a party.

Spectrum DJ\'d my daughter\'s 13 birthday party. She wanted it to be \'cool\' and not like a kid\'s party. Spectrum delivered a great set with a mixture of my daughter\'s choice ( rave) and chart music to keep everyone happy- as well as requests. The service before the disco was excellent with several emails from Sean checking out exactly what we wanted to ensure a great night. Sean also arrived in plenty of time to set up. The light show was excellent. I would definitely recommend and use again. Great value for money too.

Sean did my 21st birthday party and it was amazing. Was fab from start to finish. He made sure everybody was pleased as I had so many people with different music tastes at my party, I was worried about this and Sean made sure it all went great which it did! He was very easy to talk to and always happy to help or offer advice when I was panicking about people not gettin up to dance - he made sure nobody had an excuse as everybody loved the music and there was songs to suit everybody! Would definitely use Spectrum DJ\'s again and would definitely recommend to anybody who was wanting a great, polite and happy DJ who knew how to make sure everybody enjoys the night.

I hired a lighting set up for my wedding last weekend. I got a lot of equipment with control gear professionally set up for a very good price. These guys have great equipment, understand how to create stunning effects in different environments and are very helpful in communications and in person. The equipment was delivered when stated and set up when we wanted, very punctual with good communication which is important when organizing events. Pity we couldn\'t use the smoke machine because of the smoke alarms in the hall, never mind the rest of the lighting was amazing. Would definitely recommend, great value.

Spectrum DJ came to discuss our requirements for our son\'s engagement party a couple of weeks before and helped us make our choices, nothing was too much trouble. He arrived on time to set up ready for the evening, making sure everything was right and ready to go. He did above and beyond what we expected for the evening.

I contacted Spectrum Music Enertainment for lighting we required for a joint 18th Birthday party. We only required lighting as we were organising our own music. Sean responded to my initial telephone enquiry promptly and provided information by email outlining a clear breakdown of cost options available to us. He also liaised by text keeping me updated at all times. He arrived in plenty of time to set up the lights and also made suggestions to us to enable the lighting provided to be used to its maximum potential. Sean arrived as previously agreed in plenty of time to dismantle the lights in order that we could leave the room by the designated time. Sean is a great DJ that I have used for 2 kids parties. He is full of fun and positive energy. I gave Sean a playlist a few days before each party and he created one the kids loved and kept the dancefloor full. At the end of the party when we were clearing up Sean let the kids use his mixers which I thought was both thoughtful and brave! We had Sean for our 25th wedding anniversary on 23rd February 2013 at the Egremont Ferry Wallasey. Sean was pre-booked with the pub as a normal Saturday night so I was so pleased that he rung me a week before to ask what my music preferences were! He did say not to worry because he was usually pretty good at reading a crowd, and how true he was! My 71 year old mum was \'oops upsiding her head\'with my 20 year old daughter. Sean was respectful with his music choices considering the age range of the party but was also willing to accommodate the younger guests of our family and friends. We had a \'not moving out\' party around aug 2012. We had Sean Adlen from spectrum to do a DJ set from 7pm till the early hours of the next morning. Needless to say all our guests had a fantastic weekend and we enjoyed the show Sean put on.
