NEVER BoTHERED GETTING BACK TO ME! I contacted this firm after seeing reviews however after emailing them they never bothered to get back to me - not only that but I know a bit about gold and I can tell you their scrap prices they offer are well below that of the London and Birmingham jewellery quarters. If you want the best price for your scrap Gold/Silver then check out \'Lois Bullion\' in the Birmingham jewellery quarter, they offer much more than this company and no I am nothing to do with Lois Bullion but I know they have huge buying power so can offer better rates everytime.read more

After digging deep - we have no voicemails, emails or messages via FreeIndex from you. As such, we can only assume you have either erroneously left this review for us or that you are in-fact an employee of one our competitors. How do you know that Lois Bullion offer better prices - if we apparently never got back to you and why would you leave a review for us if you have never used our services?

We do take negative reviews very seriously - it can cripple a family-run business & I would caution you to be a bit more mindful - and remember that we are people at the receiving end of the reviews. I had done my research on the internet and gone into one or two shops close by to me. In an email exchange with Ahmet he confirmed the prices I had seen on his website, which were very competitive and he was prompt and professional in his response. As I was due to be visiting friends near Colchester I made an appointment for a Saturday to meet with Ahmet. I had never done this kind of thing before and was a bit wary. I shouldn\'t have been, Ahmet was friendly, professional and informative and all his prices matched up to what he had advised me via the internet, in fact a little bit more as he weighed some of the gold at slightly more that I had, so very very honest of him. The money was transferred into my bank almost immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and Ahmet to anyone. First class all round. Thank you.

I visited Ahmet at his office in colchester after researching the internet for hours and after seeing his peice on "rip off britan" about a certain gold refinery in britan, I decided to give him a call after seeing he had a walk in service, I decided to book an appoinment. Im so glad I did! Ahmet was a absolute gent, he spoke to you in laymans terms and explained every step of the process, I had never done this before, then after having a bit of luck at an auction (buying a mixed box containing a jewellary box, for the full story go to his web site goldealers)i took my gold to Ahamet who tested it with state of the art equipment and told me exactly what I had and gave me a very good price. I highly recommend this company for any advice you need.

I didn\'t shop around for the best price, I read the reviews and was not disappointed. A very polite friendly young man who took time to explain what he was doing and payment in return was quick and problem free. I especially liked the fact that he checked my ID and takes precautions to make sure that stolen property is not put through his business. Will definitely recommend.

No need to look any further for an honest, efficient service for selling your old gold. I had not realised that some of the gold I sent was 22 ct. Goldealers informed me and I was offered more than the intial estimate. A good price which I accepted and the money was in my account almost immediately.

Fantastic service, very happy customer. My email was returned with a phone call within 20mins and was given an appointment immediately.
