My updated Apple iPod Classic was returned to me within the week having been repaired and upgraded to a 256gb SD card. Repairs included a new front and back, headphone socket and battery. My Windows Media Player\'s database had become corrupted, so I had to rebuild that before I could load up my iPod and test it. I\'m delighted with my Good As New iPod and have sent my other two iPod Classics to be updated with new batteries. One is also being fitted with a new screen, back and headphone socket, whilst the other just needs the battery and headphone socket replacing. Why 3 iPods I hear you ask? One lives on a dock on my Hi-Fi, the second lives in my car and the third I take with me everywhere to add some music to my day. Why send them to Apple Repairs Kent? Well the service is quick, quality of work excellent and cheaper than my local Apple Specialist.

The repair was completed well, within the allotted time at a very reasonable price. The technician was polite and friendly. The phone has been working really well since and retaining the charge. My 2013 MacBook pro was ready for the scrap heap, which was a pity as it is a fine and fast machine. Bending my mind round shelling out for a new one in 2021 was uninspiring, the new ones are essentially mobile phones with a small screen and keyboard, and the big 16in is not much of an improvement for my purposes than the machine I was ready to give up on, and will soon be out classed by the M chip. So I could upgrade for the best part of 3k, or go and see Philip at Apple Repairs.
I am delighted with my macbook pro, it is literally like new for a fraction of the cost of a new machine, and to be honest a much better machine in many ways, not least of which it can be repaired and it is built like a tank. Mine was just quite literally worn out from heavy everyday use for years on end.
A new hand rest and keyboard, battery, speakers, SSD drive and clean up, were required and executed perfectly.
Apple repairs kept me up to date with my numerous requirements, and got the job done swiftly and to budget. It was not a "while you wait" job, but whilst I was there dropping off the MacBook I did get a new battery in my ageing iPhone which I love, while I waited, took ten minutes if that. After a full charge 4 days on standby with 20% still left in reserve, and perfectly done. Not like the kiosk \'we fix phones\' charlatans you may find in your local shopping centre.
As you can tell if you have read this far, I am absolutely delighted with Apple Repairs work and can do attitude, this is the second time I have used them. I would seriously travel great distances to use their services, they are second to none including Apple themselves.
One hundred per cent quality work, quality parts and a pricing policy which is frankly bordering on the unbelievable if you have ever tried to get Apple to fix anything. I was shown pictures of the insides of my machine, which looked like some one had emptied a vacuum cleaner in it, and all parts that were replaced were available for my inspection.
Seriously recommended, if you live in London or the home counties, be sure it is a no brainer to use their services. I understand that they will also take repairs from overseas. They have been around for a long time for a good reason, and it\'s a great location to go with it.
This may seem like hyperbole, I assure you it is not.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Philip has repaired iPads and iPhones for us previously but this time repaired an iMac which had an intermittent problem. Repairs are always to a high standard and well priced. Highly recommended.
