I consider myself to be quite discerning so for me to leave this very good review speaks volumes as to how impressed I am with the service I and my family receive. It is quite refreshing to see a taxi company that is forward thinking and proactive as not all of my bookings have been as straightforward as I would\'ve hoped. Nothing is ever a bother to them. Company response : You called at approx 2316 hrs, wanted a taxi in Ash Vale Station arriving 0015, i told you i will check if there\'s a driver willing to do the job (drivers usually don\'t stay so late, they have to wake up early for airport taxi service), i fulfilled my promised to ring back within 5 mins, driver had very bad experience having plenty of NO SHOWS & you agreed to pay in full via card, you mentioned train was delayed & your phone battery is nearly depleted so you won\'t be able to contact us. You want us to check the train arrival & you are not sure when it will arrive as it\'s delayed in Waterloo. Communication is vital & w/o it, driver will stay for UNSPECIFIED TIME. We DID NOT TAKE THE JOB & you was happy getting an alternative number. Your review is with merit IF we took the job, accepted payment and we did NOT show. It doesn\'t mean that when things didn\'t come your way, you have the right to leave a bad review, we treat this as you\'re just having a bad day & when you\'re in the better condition to think, you would realized, this review was unfair, we could understand you was annoyed because no taxi company would like to take the fare, we are serious in health & safety, driver had to wake up early & can\'t afford to wait w/o a clear time of your arrival. To address your concern, I had tried calling 5x already & it\'s on voicemail, If you think you received an unfair treatment, talk to us or please feel free to contact Rushmoor Borough Council & we will be glad to address your concerns in proper forum. I travel due to business reasons and I found Dinez Taxis Services via internet and specifically its good customer reviews called my attention. After using Dinez\'s services for about 3 months I have to say the previous customer reviews are well deserved.
To me, being on time and having the ability to "find a way" to short cut and arrive on time at the airports and return me back home after long haul flights, these are key factors for my satisfaction, on top of all professionalism that is always shown up. Under this criteria Dinez\'s taxis services has been simply excellent and I intend to continue using these services.

The service of Dinez Taxi is superlative. The best thing about Dinez taxi is that you can prebook it online too. I was notified when the taxi was enroute. It arrived on time. It was an S-class mercedes which was amazing. Never seen a taxi company with such expensive cars. The driver was Dinez himself. He greeted me, was polite and even opened the door for me.

I would recommend everyone and anymore using taxi in farnborough to go for Dinez taxi. 100% recommendation.

At first I was sceptical about Dinez Taxis, however after doing some research on the service that Dinez Taxi provides they are impeccable compared to others. The service provided to me was professional. The driver treated me as a valuable client and carried out all the pointers that the service would provide.
Also I was heading out during the afternoon rush hour and thought it would take awhile to get to Heathrow, however the driver knew about this and took another route and avoided a one hour wait and got to the airport at the scheduled time given.
Overall experience: Valued client, professionalism at its finest, promises of what was to offer kept, friendly driver.
Thank You very much Dino! I would definitely use your taxi service again! Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Being new to the area, I did not know where I was and after explaining I was there for business the driver was extremely helpful in pointing out where I was headed the next day. He also ensured he carried my case into the hotel reception. Although he did not have a receipt available to give me there and then, he took my email address and later that evening I received a professional receipt via email.
When I am next in the area I will definitely be using Dinez again.

I just came to UK. And I had a booking with Dinez for airport transfer from London Heathrow to Farnborough. I must say, the service provided by Dinez was exceptionally outstanding. Dinez was there on the specified location to recieve me. This was my first visit to UK but with Dinez, I did not need to worry about reaching Farnborough.
Fare charged for the service was reasonable. I must say, people shall have bookings with Dinez.
The service provided was Fantastic. I wish good for the growth of the company.

Dinez Taxis is an exceptional service. I used them to take me to Heathrow Airport for a business trip. The whole process was very professional, from the online booking to arriving at the terminal. Prompt communication, reminders and updates so you’re not left wondering.

The driver was very polite, friendly but professional, and nothing was too much trouble, only thing to take away from the journey was the traffic on the M25. I would not hesitate to book with them again, and definitely recommend them to family and friends who are looking for a professional service.

Dinez Taxis is a very exceptional service. We have used them twice now to take us to the Cruise Terminal in Southampton. The whole process was hassle free from the online booking to arriving at the terminal. Prompt communication, reminders and updates so you’re not left wondering.
You feel you are holiday from the time you step into the car. The car was very clean, fresh and comfortable. The driver was very polite, friendly but professional, and nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to book with them again, and definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I found Dinez Taxis on a web search of taxi companies that serviced Farnborough, as myself and 7 friends were attending the Lakeside Darts Finals and needed transportation to and form the venue.
I emailed the company and they replied quickly and were happy to negotiate (slightly!) on price for our large group booking. They communicated quickly and clearly to me via email/text, telling us exactly which cars would be collecting us, with the names and numbers of drivers. Both of our drivers were great, getting us there in clean, comfortable cars, quickly - in both directions. I would highly recommend this company.

We\'ve got a small baby and we always take our car seat with us. When we get back they\'ll bring our car seat so we can bring our baby home. They always text you with a eta for the pick up and that\'s really helpful when You\'re already in stress with the journey. At least you know you don\'t have to worry about it. I appreciate the updates and reminders. The quality of service is very very good. I felt special and well taken care of from booking to driving.

Most importantly, the reliability was outstanding, again, all because of the attention to small details and constant communications.

They use text messages to inform you of where they are and there eta before pickup. One time they picked my mother up at the airport and she did not have a cell phone and had difficulty finding where they were located to pick her up. Dinez Taxi called me concerned that they could not find her. I gave them a physical description of her and they found her straight away and even let me speak to her on their phone so I was relieved! This is truly excellent customer service and very reliable. I would highly recommend this company!

My personal assistant booked the airport transfers and it was a good decision she picked this company, the driver could conversed in Arabic, not perfect but I understand what he’s saying, come to think of it, his mother tonque is not Arabic.

Excellent customer service, attention to detail, very polite, helpful and always ahead of time, oh, there was a moment he was late, two minutes but the driver notified me through text message.

Since then, i always request for him to drive me to and from the airport. Once i let Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers arranged a meet and greet service for my friend, even my friend was delighted and i felt proud that i was not let down.
