We have used the services of David Taylor of Molyneux Associates for several years now, he is definitely our \'go to guy\' for finding any mortgage that we need, private or commercial, if he cannot find it at a good rate, it is not out there. We would highly recommend David as a broker, he has made these transactions extremely \'user friendly\' experiences and sorted out all the paperwork very efficiently. David makes what can be a very fraught and frustrating process into something manageable, understandable and successful. From reading a review is difficult to assess, but after using 40 years in business, using many different brokers, we would not use anyone else.
