Used Mr Gladwell for planning permission for a loft conversion. Very poor advice. Additional charges that were not agreed. Ridiculously long emails from him that no one has the time to read. Strongly recommend anyone against using his services.

Company response : Planning Permission is the key word in the feedback. But Sour grapes is the word that springs to mind as Mr Posener had a small claims court chase him for money owed since December 2022. Mr Posener actually got planning consent on a loft conversion all for a bargain sum of £845 and that was for work done on three applications in the end, because of objections and technicalities that were thrown in the way. This was for a Housing Design specialist with over 30 years of experience as well, so as cheap as chips To issue a response like this is very ungrateful of Mr Posener who never showed any appreciation or understanding of the actual work needed to finally get that planning consent. The fact that he now has the consent to add a loft conversion that will add value to his house is neither here nor there is it? As for emails being long perhaps if you are about to spend out on an expensive change to your house it is worth reading the advice contained in that email instead of making silly comments about them being too long. After all you cannot sum up what Planning Departments say in three lines.
