My 32inch tv screen went black but sound ok searched online for tv repairs came across Nigel after reading some reviews gave contacted Nigel explainec what was wrong then arranged for tv to be picked up at time and day convenient for me Nigel explained everything very well and gave cost all ok. Then brought my tv back at a time and day convenient again for me tv back working fine. The whole thing was done by text message and Nigel was a nice gentleman to deal with. Would definitely recomend to anyone without hesitation. Ps thanks Nigel .

Thought my television was dead only 2 years old resigned myself to the fact another £500 at least for a new one. I saw the Ad for television repairs on google and read the lots of good reviews so phoned. Nigel got back to me quickly arranged to pick up my set and a week later my telly is back good as new. The whole experience in dealing with Nigel has been totally positive from beginning to end. He took time and patiently explained in detail with me from my initial phone contact what he would do to fix my TV. He backed up the call with him in deeds. He called at my home promptly and on time. He took my TV away leaving a free courtesy set for me to use while I awaited the fix. Following the fix he arrived back at my house a few days later at a convenient time which he kept. My set is working again superbly ‘as new’ and I have saved the best part of a thousand pounds in using this excellent service. I have no problem in recommending Nigel to anyone especially those in the Abergavenny area. From start to finish his service has been exceptional.

Fantastic service from Nigel. My Sony Bravia TV, was repaired quickly, and efficiently. TV broke down with no picture. Correct diagnosis by Nigel who took it away for repair. He left us another TV to use whilst ours was being repaired. The communication through the whole process was excellent. Brought our TV back after repair and put it back on the wall. Overall, very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

Nigel is a lovely person but disappointed with the outcome of our repair although he repaired the original fault the TV came back with another fault which I was not prepared to pat any more on the tv. He did offer to buy the tv but I was still out of pocket on the repair. I did not take up the offer and bought new. Point being TV\'s can\'t always be repaired satisfactory these days so don\'t expect miracles.

My Panasonic 55in plasma 3D TV suddenly stopped working, I looked up on line for TV repairs and found Nigels site, He was not in my area but I gave him a call, he explained he was very busy but I could still bring my TV in.
From the information I gave him he already had a good idea of what the fault was, but still had to check in case.
I left the TV with him, within 48hrs I had a text saying he had found the fault and had to order a new board, and with this told me the total cost, I was very happy a lot less than I expected.
Within a week I had my TV back and working again, Happy wife again lol.

Nigel repaired my Bush Tv that would not work using my remote and the finger touch buttons on the side.
Very professional service checked all connections before setting it back up for me. I would recommend Nigel for all work to do with Tv repairs.
Complained about the sound on my replacement Bush Tv Nigel explained it was because of the small speakers on that model. The sound on the repaired Tv was so much better.

Nigel from Abertillery Digital TV Repairs replaced the back light in our LG tv within 48 hours of contacting him. The TV was collected the day after we contacted him and returned the following day. The TV picture is now better and brighter than ever … He also cleaned the inside of the screen. We are really pleased and will definitely use Nigel if/when one of our other TVs breaks. This companies service is second to none absolutely over the moon with the repair done on my Baird smart TV which is only 2 years old. My TV was stuck on stand by I phoned Nigel from abertillery TV repairs he knew exactly what was wrong straight away ordered a new powerboard for TV and came to pick it up as soon as the part came back also when TV was returned it works better than when I bought it 2 years ago I also was given a 6 month guarantee outstanding.

The satellite dish attached to our house by the previous owner stopped working. We contacted Mr Sims who visited in very poor weather and quickly diagnosed the problem. A new component and replacement cabling was required and he agreed to sort it out there and then despite the rain and very cold temperatures. Once completed everything worked perfectly and all for a very reasonable fee. In addition we found Mr Sims to be friendly, helpful, and very straightforward to deal with. I would not hesitate to use his services again should the need arise. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

My LG50 tv lost screen but you could hear sound so I knew it could be fixed , After having numerous people/companies tell me a tv repair would cost about £250 I was thinking of chucking it but I checked again and came across Nigel’s number I got in touch told him the problem over the phone he told me it was different to what I’d been told , few days later he came to pick it up ,got the part fitted it and brought it back in a few days all working and cost me much less than I was quoted before. I had an intermittent fault with my TV which meant that it would switch itself off and then back on again a number of times, which could happen at various times after switching the TV on. This meant that Nigel had to wait until this happened which could be 10 minutes, an hour or maybe a couple of hours before this intermittent fault happened. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and fixed my TV after having it for a few days. I would highly recommend Nigel.

I had a major problem with my Panasonic viera plasma screen. I contacted Nigel, explained the problem and he knew what to do straight away. He came to my house two days later and fixed the problem. He was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable and interesting, he was very aware of COVID and took all the correct measures. He also put a six month warranty on the tv, I can’t recommend him enough. Make sure you check with Nigel before buying a new tv, he saved me a small fortune.

Unfortunately, I didn\'t get the chance to experience Nigel\'s skills at repairing my TV as it was beyond repair. However, Nigel was very helpful by diagnosing the fault from a video I sent to him of the problem with the picture. The reason I\'m giving a positive review is because he didn\'t waste my time or money by trying to fix it and charging me. Nigel\'s honest opinion is rare in this day and age and was welcomed. Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt replies and flexible with regards to collecting and delivering back the television. I had a problem with my 55 inch Panasonic TV turning itself off which Panasonic had suggested would be a costly fix or even a new TV. From the information I provided, Nigel also initially believed it might be the problem that Panasonic had suggested but wanted to test it. After he took it away and spent several hours testing it he identified a separate error which had not been easy to detect. This was less than half the price of the fix expected. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Thank you Nigel.

Contacted Nigel as there was a power fault on Samsung TV. He got back to me within the hour with quotation. He agreed to collect TV same afternoon as I wanted it back next day for guests in air b\'n\'b room.
Unfortunately he needed to order a part in so took a couple of days but Nigel kept me updated, fixed problem and returned TV within 2 days. Stayed to set up TV and be sure that everything was was to my satisfaction. Excellent service and a very knowledgeable gentleman!

I cannot speak highly enough of the service Nigel provided. During the quarantine I thought we would have difficulty, but he picked the TV up and it was back with us in 2 days. Even though Nigel had never worked on the model we have. He even fixed a problem that we didn\'t even realise was broken, talk about above and beyond! He took what I was worried may be a dying TV and brought it back, with a better picture than we have had since we first bought the TV. The callout was prompt and the job was done on the spot! We had to give the TV model and serial number and an explanation of the issue. Lovely guy turned up fixed it and the fee was very good value! When my TV "died" I searched online for a repair service near me. Abertillery Digital TV Services popped up so I gave them a call. He then collected the tv, saving me time, hassle and worry of transporting such a risky item. Within 24 hrs the tv was returned, fully repaired.
