We have recently had a Wet Room planned and installed by Bentley Bathrooms. Mike planned this for us with nothing being too much trouble. Due to their busy work load we did have to wait a few months for works to commence but the end product was well worth the wait. Mike and his assistant Gavin carried out this work for us, stripping out the old bathroom completely ready for the installation of the new Wet Room where top class materials were used. They were both professional, courteous and very helpful throughout the works keeping us informed and answering all questions relating to the works. They also left things clean and tidy every day. We would definitely use them again on all bathroom, general plumbing works we may have in the future. I am disabled and this new Wet Room makes it so much easier for me.

We had a total rip-out and re-fit of our old, rather embarrassing bathroom. Right from the rip-out Gavin worked like a man possessed as our old delapidated room was quickly eradicated from our memory (hopefully forever). Then came Mike \'The Maestro\' to install our new, much dreamed of bathroom - taking on board all of our requests Mike worked with the precision of a surgeon to deliver way beyond our expectations. At all times both Mike and Gavin were so respectful of our home and young family and at times we forgot they were even there. As a result of their workmanship we can now invite friends and family around without insisting that they first use their own toilet prior to visiting. Would we recommend Bentley Bathrooms to our family and friends? 100%. Thank you both! Tips for future customers to get the greatest efficiency from Bentley Bathrooms: 1. Gavin works much harder when fed up with biscuits (any kind will do although Kit-Kats didn\'t seem to be his favourite). During our re-fit Gavin ate what seemed like his own body weight in biscuits, but the extra cost of funding this was offset by a doubling of his work rate. 2. Do NOT talk to Mike about football (or soccer as he calls it). Mike is an avid fan and could talk the hind legs off 2 donkeys when it comes to his passion for the sport. If you want maximum output from Mike steer any conversation away from soccer as quickly as possible.

From first meeting Mike and Gavin we felt that they were so honest, respectful, reliable, trustworthy as I have never trusted anyone with a key, but with these 2 I did. The work included removing our old shower and replacing it with a brand new one, updating the bathroom fittings (taps), plus wall and floor tiling, and fitting bathroom panels. Wow! I am delighted with the new kitchen installed recently. This was an extensive renovation as even the joists beneath the old floorboards had rotted. The kitchen was completely stripped down to the bare bricks and the floorboards replaced. A special quality of Mike is his meticulous attention to detail, everything has to be spot on and with consistent thoroughness. I got the impression his perfectionism could make him difficult to work with but I certainly vouch for it\'s being extremely beneficial to the customer. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I recommend him as very highly skilled, honest and conscientious. Great work like this is in demand so it can mean a delay for him to schedule the work but I found it was well worth the wait for the highest of standards he consistently provides.

We recently asked Mike to replace an old shower with a new one as we had a serious leak every time we used it. Mike pinpointed the problem in a few seconds. His quote seemed reasonable and we got another just to see, It was more expensive.
There’s always a risk with hiring someone you don’t know but I had seen his van round the corner and so someone else must have also taken the same risk. We agreed terms. We waited close to two months for him to come and do the job - something he had always said would happen. But he was true to his word and his work was faultless. The new shower is everything we asked for and more. But, more than that, the work was carried out with such good cheer by Mike and Gavin that we cannot praise them enough. A joy from start to finish for something that can quite easily be a real nightmare with the wrong choice. Highly recommended!

I drew Equity out last year for garden and house upgrading with my bathroom being the last to do. The walls and lowered ceiling had been panelled with pine wood which I wanted to retain as much of as possible. I wanted to lose the restrictive corner bath and replace it with a normal one and have a more modern shower, etc. Mike measured up and made suggestions, which I am glad I agreed to and the result is more than stunning… It is AWESOME. New large bath, larger shower unit, toilet, vanity sink and cupboards, surrounds and floor. The whole completely fitting in with most of the panelling. Mikes manner and demeanour was great and all work was completed with no fuss at all. And he made great pains that I was without a toilet for the minimum amount of time. In addition he also replaced the old, coming away from the wall, cast iron soil pipe outside. I cannot recommend him enough as the workmanship was so professional.

Mike recently replaced my en-suite shower which was leaking and replaced the carpet with a vinyl click floor system. From the beginning Mike explained what he would be doing and suggested colours to match the rest of the en-suite. Other tradesmen we asked for quotes had said we would be unable to have a wetroom, tried to dissuade us from having the shower panels we wanted and just told us what they would do, rather than working with us to create our new bathroom. Mike listened to what we wanted and guided us through what could be done, providing a catalogue to choose the furniture from, showing us floor tile samples that perfectly complemented the panels we had chosen and, due to the awkward shape of our bathroom, was continually problem solving all the way. It was a difficult project, but he and Mackenzie have done a wonderful job and we\'re thoroughly pleased with it. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mike and MacKenzie finished at our property 2 days ago following a complete re-model of the bathroom. Fantastic service, installation took exactly the length of time Mike gave at estimate (10 days), possibly could\'ve been completed sooner, but for issues found during the tear down of 4 different previous decoration attempts by previous owners (plastic fascia on top of tiles, on top of tiles, on top of wallpaper…). Took everything back to brickwork, reworked central heating pipes, new soil stack and fittings, required new pipes, new suspended ceiling (including loft hatch), new lighting and extractor fan, replacement of tired suite with a modern one and tiling and flooring to finish! Fantastic quality, great, courteous service. Would heartily recommend.

Our bathroom needed a complete refit. Mike and his apprentice did a brilliant job, even when faced with some unexpected repairs to the floor and joists. The quality of work was excellent and they were very professional and friendly throughout, explaining clearly what could and couldn\'t be done in the space available. Our bathroom is now modern and stylish and works perfectly. I would recommend them without hesitation, and would use their services again in the future.

After having our bathroom superbly redesigned and fitted by Mike three years ago we asked if he could refit our kitchen and cloakroom.
Again we were not disappointed and he has done a fantastic job. This was quite a big project involving knocking a wall through. Mike came up with some great ideas and his attention to detail has been brilliant. He always left the place tidy at the end of each day.
We would have no hesitation at all in recommending his workmanship.

Very, very happy with our new bathroom. Cannot praise Mike and Gav enough, they have done a fantastic job bringing our tired and outdated bathroom into the 21st century. From the initial meeting with Mike we knew we were in safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Mike even fixed my kitchen sink whilst he was here which was much appreciated!
They were always punctual, tidy and considerate throughout the whole project and we wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend them.

First of all, What a nice guy. Totally comfortable having him in the house for a few weeks. Even the dog liked him…
From the first time he came and started bouncing ideas around on how he could enhance our plans, we knew he was the right fit for us.
Mike carried out a complete bathroom re build, knocking two rooms into one. He was meticulous throughout, and that gave us real confidence that when it was all done we would have a quality finish that would last us for years.
His attention to detail was really evident, and that shines through in finish. A true craftsman, At the top of his game!!!!!
He has given us the most amazing bathroom which is now the envy of all our friends and family.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him. In fact, we\'ve already booked him to come back and renovate our cloakroom.

Very pleased with Mike\'s work. He helped with the planning and design of replacing bath and attachments to more suitable shower and shelving (not a wet room) to one side of the bathroom where he had a big change to make to old fashioned internal piping and overflow arrangements within a flat which caused a moderate increase to original quote. Nevertheless, he had a good professional attitude in approaching the difficulties of the job.. And worked very hard and tirelessly in restricted conditions. Top quality products were used.. And overall, very happy and impressed with final outcome for a fair price when compared with other estimates received. Also, a very nice person with a good work ethic to meet his customers needs to the best of his ability. Trustworthy and VG time keeper. No hesitation in recommending him to new customers.

This is high quality workmanship at its very best and we are absolutely delighted with the new shower enclosure he installed together with some other fittings in our bathroom. We have recently had a new bathroom and separate toilet fitted by Mike from Bentley Bathrooms and we could not be happier with it. Mike came highly recommended by a good friend so we had already seen his high standard of work in real life.

We knew what kind of style we wanted and Mike didn\'t try to talk us out of anything, he\'s happy to work with any trend and made suggestions along the way to improve the final look. Deciding to have a complete renovation of your bathroom and toilet with a 2 year old may not have been the best idea but Mike completed the work in just over 3 weeks and never left any tools lying around or mess which was great with a toddler running around! Mike is a real grafter and works to a very high standard, as if he is working on his own home.

We would recommend Mike to anyone who is wanting a new bathroom, in fact we already have!

Thanks again for our wonderful bathroom and toilet!

We have just recently had a new bathroom fitted by michael from bentley bathrooms and what a fabulous job he has done, it looks absolutely stunning, it was finished just before christmas and we are totally thrilled with it. When michael first came to our home we gave him a rough idea of what type of toilet, shower, sink etc. That we liked, then we put our trust in him to chose the right ones to suit our style and he got it spot on every time. Michael is a very hard worker, he works to such a high standard that we believe he puts the same care and attention into the work he does for his customers as he would do working on his own house. He is very organised, clearing away rubbish as he goes along, he was none-stop grafting and takes pride in his work. Michael was never late, always arriving at 8.45 every morning and working up to 5.30-6.00 in the evenings. What impressed us the most about michael was his attention to detail, no matter how small, he makes sure everything looks perfect for his customers. On a personal note michael is also a nice friendly guy and we have had quite a few laughs with him along the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending bentley bathrooms, so if you are planning to have a new bathroom fitted then look no further, you have already found the right man for the job on this website. We had our old, tired and broken bathroom renovated by Bentley bathrooms. It was a big and difficult job as we live in a fairly old house with a few issues. Michael did a brilliant job from the planning stages right through to completion and aftercare. He is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable about all aspects (building, tiling, plumbing, electrics etc etc), professional and trustworthy. I was very impressed to see him at work through all the stages and also to see his precision on the job. We\'re extremely satisfied with the final result and will recommend him to anyone without a doubt.

We recently had Mike from Bentley Bathrooms re-model and fit our new bathroom. From the initial first consultation to the project being completed, Mike was exceptionally professional, courteous and committed throughout. He also takes immense pride in his work. He gave much appreciated advice from his extensive knowledge and experience in relation to any new design ideas we had, as the project progressed. As our house is fairly old, it threw up some surprise issues along the way, (uncovering an old fireplace and chimney breast), however Mike being so very professional, was able to adapt plans slightly, without much change to our plans. Mike is very thorough with his work and he knows his stuff! He is extremely neat and exceptionally tidy. We cannot thank Mike enough for all his hard work, effort and care he takes from start to finish. He ensured that our wishes were met and that every step of the way that we were happy with how the bathroom was coming together. He most definitely goes above and beyond and more so. We are absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom and we thank Mike for making our dream bathroom a reality. We cannot recommend Mike highly enough to anyone who is reading this review.
