What can I say, I have used bury blinds direct for some time now and what amazing service from measuring, quoting and especially fitting the overall experience is excellent and very polite and friendly ??.

Order 4113271. They delivered grey blinds instead of the white ones we ordered. When we asked for a replacement or a refund they told me grey is equal to white, to them, for this type of blinds. The item title and content was clearly saying...read more

The item title and content was clearly saying white.
Well, what else can I say.

Then they told me the pictures are for illustration purposes only (is that a cheap way to lie to customers or not?) and I should order a free sample before I order the items. Well in that case why did you not notify me from the beginning that your item is not really white but grey, to not make an order but send me first me a sample? I am mislead, I\'ve spent £300 they pocketed and that\'s it.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly states content must be as described by the seller.
I have got no time and no courage to deal with scums and an unprofessional company. Even my legal expenses and the trouble are not worth it, and they know it.

Have you ever dealt with Amazon customer service? Well, that\'s the total opposite. You\'ve lost a customer, you got a review and pocketed £300. Well done.
