Founded in 2009 by Jonathan Dickey, Wills (South West) has the benefit of many years experience in the wills, probate and trusts profession and provides will writing and estate planning to clients throughout the region. The business is based in Kingsbridge, Devon and provides a personal service to private individuals, married couples and civil partnershps throughout Devon and Cornwall.

The aim being to help clients plan to whom they should leave their estates in a tax efficient way with particular consideration given to individual personal circumstances and at a time scale of the clients' own choosing. The business provides clients with a professional will drafting, trust and estate planning service. With personal home visits during the day or evenings and drawing on the experience of many years as wills and probate consultant to firms of solicitors, the service is designed to provide a confidential and affordable way of will writing, in a client friendly, understandable style.

All initial cosultations are non obligatory and free. Personal one to one or group presentations are offered to business management and staff.

The business is run by Jonathan Dickey who has been involved in the legal profession for many years building on his experience in many different aspects of the law including intestacies, court of protection, lasting powers of attorney and property transfers for the elderly.
