Bespoke ane group birth preparation classes, including pregnancy relaxation, hypnobirthing classes, 4th trimester support both in person if local to St Neots, and online.

I am passionate about working with parents to be to help them feel as calm, confident and as incontrol as possible about their upcoming births. I aim to provide an education, and tools to ensure you feel empowered to have the birth you want and equipt to handle any unknowns.

I can work with you on an individual basis with my one to one bespoke classes so can cater to any specific needs, or you could join a group class and benefit from the meeting and sharing with other couple on your same journey.
