Rhonda Harvey IIR DSM DRSM, at Toetoheal Reflexology and Massage Therapies - I offer Remedial and Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Reflexology in my therapy room in Silverknowes, just 3 miles north west of Edinburgh city centre. Parking is unrestricted and there is a good bus service from most parts of the city. I was trained by the International Institute of Reflexology which teaches the original Ingham Method of reflexology, and Scottish Massage Schools where I obtained diplomas in Swedish Massage and Remedial and Sports Massage. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation. I have undertaken additional training in Advanced Reflexology Technique (ART), Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) and also advanced massage workshops to increase my knowledge and skills in specific techniques for eg shoulder, neck, hip and low back pain. I have completed training by Joe Muscolino in COMT (Clinical Orthopaedic Manual Techniques).

Rhonda offers Remedial and Sports Massage, Therapeutic Swedish Massage or Reflexology treatments tailored to each individual. A detailed consultation is taken prior to initial treatment to get a thorough understanding of any current and past medical and lifestyle issues, so that she can adapt treatments to suit each person, and to ensure that there are no contraindications to treatment.

Toetoheal Reflexology and Massage Therapies has an expanding network of clients, situated around Edinburgh. Past and current clients have experienced relief from a variety of conditions and many continue to have 'top up' treatments of reflexology or massage to help maintain a sense of wellbeing.
