For price and end result you would be hard pressed to find better, however customer service was awful… What should have been a measuring and quoting followed by fitting job (Two visits Max) ended up in a six week and six visit affair… With nothing but excuses Inbetween. Asked if there was the possibility of a discount, because it had taken so so long and so many visits but despite none of the delays being at our ( the customers ) end was refused. Was going to have front door replaced by this company also, but have decided to go elsewhere for times sake if nothing else.
Response : We are sorry that you felt the need to write this review and agree that the replacement of your sealed unit did not go as smoothly as we would have liked for which we have sincerely apologised. Paperwork was misplaced and the first unit was ordered incorrectly however a second unit was promptly obtained and installed for you today. It was not possible to reduce the cost any further as we had already given you a large discount which reduced the total cost to £70 including VAT and fitting. We reiterate that we regret the inconvenience that you suffered but are glad that you are pleased with the end result.
