I found Rays Florist on a google search and saw that they delivered flowers to Aldershot where my mum lives. Being a man, I didn't have much of a clue so opted for a florist choice bouquet. My mum was thrilled with the flowers, in fact some of them lasted 3 weeks - great value for money.

What can I say, fab, fab and fab! Everything about Rays florist ltd is outstanding. Will definately use again and recommend in future. Thanks guys.

Rays supplied the wreaths and bouquets for a family funeral the day after Easter Monday. They are a friendly yet very professional company, and we were all delightedwith the quality and freshness of the flowers. The flowers were lovely though maybe a litle bit pricey; they lasted very well though and my wife loved them on her birthday.

Ordered Oasis Foam and Floristy Supplies For A Funeral, The delivery was late, and when me and my mother phoned to speak to the workers, were were treated rudely, they could not explain why our delivery was late, nor could they guarentee when it would be delivered. They were very rude and patronizing both junior staff and the manger. We had to explain our problem several times, whilst getting stressed and angry when the manger finally said becasue of the size of our order there is no guarentee of when the goods will come. When we finally recived the package. The foam sizes were wrong they lied on there website everything came 2 inches shorter that what we ordered. Additionally only 2 out of 49 products were wrapped to protect them from being damaged. The 21" filled heart was cracked completly down the middle so it was unusable and the cross for the top of the coffin was also broken. They get one star as you can not give none. I would never use this service again, however for thoes people living in east, south or west london covent garden flower center is an amazing place selling all the same products and more for better prices. They were able to fix our broken oasis foam for free ad provide us with a larger cross also they sell the flowers there aswell. Will never use this online company ever again for almost ruining our families funeral.Moreexpand_more

I have been using Rays Florist for many occasions and for many years, starting with my wedding 23 years ago and now with the latest website. Always been great service, great flowers and lovely people.

Great roses, my girlfriend is still looking at them 10 days later.
