Martinez Antiques have been trading in Canonmills since 1996. Prior to that they were in The High Street in Edinburgh, Joe Martinez originally set up trading in Antique Clocks in London in 1979. Trading successfully from 1 Bermondsay Square in London for many years, prior to moving north of the border. Joe is originally from Gibraltar. Both he and his wife are fluent in Spanish. Mrs Martinez specialises in Antique lighting, all lights fully restored and wired. Always a lovely display of Antique and Vintage jewelry, which is her passion.
The shop is maned by the proprietors, from 11am to 5pm. Mon to Sat. Wed. Till 2pm. They are always happy to help. All items are one offs. The shop is a treasure trove of clocks, lights, mirrors, antique and vintage jewelry. Cameras and gramophones.
