My property was marketed Just before lockdown and a new tenant was found quickly. Great service during a difficult time with lockdown and I was kept informed how my new tenancy was progressing by Rachel. As soon as Restrictions were eased my tenant was able to move into my property. Thank you to everyone in the office who helped out in very unusual and difficult circumstances.

Firstly, I like the way the agency carried its duty, particularly Zoe. She was clear about the quality of the house and she gave me every detail too. The paper works were smooth, although a little bit longer than I expected. The apartment is great and I'm enjoying it; this demondtrates to me that the agency is associated with great properties.

We have had a very positive experience from Lawson's, Zoe Davies was who we initially dealt with and she was very friendly and efficient. The process of signing the paperwork and collecting the keys was quick and easy, and all the staff we dealt with were lovely. Thank you!

Rented a property through Lawsons, Zoe Davies handled all of our work and she was brilliant, quickly dealt with any problems or queries we had, some of the other staff are definitely less attentive and don't really seem to care about customers or service, other than that checks, referencing and getting the keys were all quickly dealt with overall happy with the service.
