I took delivery of a heavy shelving system delivered by HDS, bought from Costco. The delivery guy couldn't have been more helpful. Their communication leading up to delivery was spot on, we all knew we were playing in the same park. I fully recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This company says they they provide a good service but we wouldn't know because 1. They said they would email with a time slot night before. But didn't email. 2. They ring you when they are delivering. They got the number wrong so we didn't get the phone call resulting in us not getting the deliver. So you would think like any other company would just redelivers at a later date. No we had to phone the company we ordered the door off for them to organise for the doors to be redelivered at the cost of another £48 and if they was another mistake made by the company then it would cost us another £48. Please be cautious when order through a company which use this company to deliver the item Thanks.

Your two delivery drivers were superb. The delivery was for an extremely heavy load. Box 1 221 lbs Box 2 196 Lbs. Box 3 171 lbs. They were punctual, friendly, helpful and extra strong. I was anxious about the delivery but they just got on with it. They were at my premises at 07-20hrs and I was the third deliveries of the day. What a team. Please pass these good wishes to both drivers. Names not known I am afraid. .

Awful customer service. Delivering for Costco, had to wait 2 weeks as all the way up in Edinburgh apparently. Given Mon or Tues, told them nobody home on Monday until after 11am, so Tues would be better. They phoned Friday before to say delivery Mon 7am or not at all and delivery would be another 7/8 days. I told them I had told them 2 weeks before I couldn’t take delivery on Monday and he said yes down on our notes, but I’m first drop off take it or leave it? Melissa in customer services in Costco is now dealing with this and she has been excellent, HDS should try getting some people skills or just skills?
