Overvalued my gold by over 100%, had to wait 3 days for payment due to their error, got a phone call from a very irate member of staff saying I had to pay money back, even though I had not received any at this point! Have been using this company to scrap gold for approx six months and have found them very swift and knowledgeable. It is a professionally operated company who process my items very quickly and payment can be made either in cash over the counter or by b. Bacs. The Trade Counter is always staffed by two very friendly approachable fellas who are always polite and personable and they always deal with transactions swiftly. I have made two purchases now from Hatton Garden Metals of Bullion grade coins, both were dispatched the next working day. I have had no reason to contact them for help with my order.
