Nigel tuned my piano a couple of weeks ago incorrectly. After me explaining this to him and asking for it to be re-tuned he decided to avoid me for the next week or so. When I did get hold of him he told me he’d come Christmas Eve morning which is usually spent with family but instead I waited for him to show up, which he didn’t. I told him I’d like my money back to which he said he would but never did. He is totally unprofessional and I suspect his ego took a hit when I’d told him he’d tuned my piano wrong. Instead of doing the right thing he just took my money and ignored me. Avoid!

Nigel did an excellent job of tuning my piano and making a few tweaks to the action too. I will be using him regularly from now on.

Piano has had a full service and sounds lovely.

Mr Doyle came to fix my piano. 2 sticking keys and the pedal was not working. Then tuned my piano. Charged £ 50. Think that is a really good price ? He seems very busy but arranged to come on my day off work.

We arrange at short notice for the pianos at the theatre to be tuned. We had a Concert with 2 pianos that required to be tuned together. We had concert our pianists arriving that afternoon and Mr Doyle was so helpful. He fitted in with our timings. This was the first time we had used E J Doyle and Son.
