I have known Kathleen for the last 2-3 years. I go to her for haircuts,eyebrows,facials and massages. She is very friendly and efficient. The products used are of very good quality. She is very flexible time wise and has always been able to give me appointments when I needed it. My favourite is the deep cleansing facial. Once I had a radiant facial and it did make my face glow. Her pedicure wax paraffin is also very good. Overall excellent .

I been visiting Charm-Elle when i visite England , i have a Body Silk treatment and a Mud mask it was a 5 stars treatment it was really relaxing it make my skin very smooth and it make my skin nice and fresh it make me feel really feminin the price was really good i have this treatment when i was on holiday i pay 4 times more than that she's really good ,i will definitely go back again .

What a lovely place. The therapist, kathleen , is lovely, very professional and friendly. All treatments are really nice and very good value. Appointments are never a problem. The treatment room is so lovely and peaceful. It�s better than going to a commercial salon, you get undivided attention,the atmosphere is wonderful and peaceful and very very relaxing. The location is so convenient, as well as parking. Very reasonable prices, I�ll definitely be going back. Thank you for a wonderful service kathleen!

Charm-elle is a great place to go for some 5 star beauty treatment. Is affordable, and also uses the best materials, so your guarenteed a perfect result. Kathleen is the most warm, inviting, and friendly beautician ive ever met, and in the 2 years ive been going to her, has never had a complaint from me. She does her best to make sure her customers are happy, are they almost always are. I would most definately recommend Charm-elle, if your looking for a local beauty therapist. Visiting Kathleen is a real treat for me because she is so friendly and she boosts my self confidence. I have my eyebrows threaded regularly and it is excellent value for money, it is quick and the shape is great. I can thoroughly recommend all the beauty treatments that I have received from Kathleen. The "Microdermabrasion" treatment gives amazing results, it made such a difference to my wrinkles. The "Deep Cleansing Facial" is one of my favourites because it removes all my blackheads and whiteheads and makes my skin feel clean and fresh. I love the manicure and pedicure especially the massage but the end result is brilliant!

I was struggling to find a good and honest beautician and luckily a good friend recommended Kathleen. I am ever so grateful for this recommendation. Kathleen is extremely talented and does not pressurise you to buy into her services like all other beauticians have done with me. After having grown my eyebrows I was somewhat nervous to get them done by a ‘recommended’ beautician as it’s a nightmare to have grown them for a long time and then get a shape you don’t like. However, this was not the case; Kathleen asked me how I would like my eyebrows to be shaped and did an excellent job. Kathleen by far is the BEST beautician I have been to. I have and will carry on recommending Kathleen to all the women I know.
