I went to Caroline because I had become addicted to prescription sleeping tablets, and I was also suffering from depression. Caroline is a very good listener, and I felt she really cared. Caroline is so passionate about the healing ability of reiki that it made me have faith in it too. Gradually with her help I felt confident enough to go one night without the sleeping tablet, then two nights and so on until I had gone a week without them and eventually was not taking them at all. I could never have achieved this on my own. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Caroline if they have a problem that is overwhelming them.

I have also enjoyed a relaxing Aromatherapy massage recently from Caroline. I was made to feel welcome and asked to complete a comprehensive consultation questionnaire, so was confident the massage would suit my needs. The massage bed was comfortable and she had a friendly manner so I felt at ease and able to unwind when the treatment began. Caroline created a peaceful calming ambience with soothing music and a wonderful smell of the personalised aromatherapy oils. I relished the experience and will definitely book another! Thoroughly recommended!

My healings with Caroline over the last few months have truly helped get through a very difficult time. Her advice and great listening have been my only saving grace during this time of grieving having lost my mum. I have found the healings to be so profound and powerful. They get right to the area where it is needed. I leave every time feeling more able to face the world but feeling strong and supported and always feel a great shift of energy. Caroline is extremely calm and nurturing and she makes me feel at ease even when I'm at my lowest. I have had a number of Aromatherapy massages with Caroline, in her lovely calming room. I was made to feel very comfortable, I found the massage very relaxing and I felt refreshed afterwards, my back pain was much better. I would highly recommend.

I had a 1:1 session with Caroline that also included the Earth Light Reiki attunement for level 2. It was the most amazing healing session I have ever experienced and words cannot express how grateful I am for this wonderful gift. I have been on my healing path for about 5 years and in that time I have tried all sorts of different therapies as well as becoming a Master/Teacher in 3 different types of Reiki, but nothing compares to what I felt and released during my time with Caroline. Caroline is truly an Angel put on Earth to help others. It is now 2 days after the session and I feel amazing! I cannot wait to do the Master/Teacher Earth Light Reiki course in November.

I have had two telephone healings with Caroline now, having previously been to Ascending Angels workshops with her over a number of years. In both cases I have found myself able to be open for very deep healing, which in part I think is because I felt very comfortable being in my home space and knowing that I could stay still and rest whilst I assimilated the healing for a couple of hours afterwards. Caroline invited me to email her with any current issues before the healing and this started and clarified the healing process which I found very helpful. I am a teacher and the last weeks of the school year are very challenging in every way. I had a healing a couple of weeks before the end of term and it enabled me to manage and even glow through part of it. I felt ‘washed’ and much more clear headed and it was very much appreciated. I cannot think why I would put myself through such challenging and stressful times without this kind of support in the future.

The Earth Light Reiki Master-Teacher workshop I did with Caroline was amazing. It really allowed me to step into my own power and find the master within me. The support and interraction with the group was really good. Caroline really supported us into exploring, experiencing our master and our teacher within. Caroline has helped me over the last year with her healing sessions. It is difficult to put into words the transformation I have gone through with every session focusing on what is right for me at that particular moment in my life. Often we are unaware why we behave the way we do, we have certain negative self judgements, fears and negative behaviour patterns. Caroline's intuitive healing words, energy and techniques shift the deepest beliefs, hurts and wounds. All of the above has helped me be my true self without the weight of experience stopping me from feeling free, enjoying my life and living it to the fullest. As I have changed from the inside I have witnessed my external life change for the better, I am surrounded by love and loving people and good relationships in all walks of life be it work or personal. She is clear, direct and reaches for the heart of the issue and once she has it she makes sure its gone for good. She is truly amazing!

I have been seeing Caroline for assistance in my personal and spiritual development for over 4 years. As Caroline is trained and experienced in many forms of healing, I have benefited from drawing upon her skills without having to see multiple practitioners. This has ensured a more effective and speedier process. Her compassionate, gentle but direct approach has been an invaluable and essential part of my progress.
