About Best Body Bootcamp
Best Body Bootcamp was established in 2014, and we specifically help busy people in Cannock get fitter, healthier and live happier lives.
We do this in 3 ways:
Bootcamp (Group training), Personal training and Nutrition Coaching.
Bootcamp is our supportive ad friendly group fitness programme. Sessions are challenging but rewarding with coaches on hand to scale exercise making them easier or harder depending your fitness ability. This is a fast paced workout that last only 40 mins meaning you can get to your session, get your workout done and get where you need to be in less than an hour.
Personal training is a bespoke fitness programme designed to get you results in the fastest time possible. Personal training can be done as a standalone programme or a great accompaniment with group workouts to accelerate results. Personal training can be done as 121 or in small groups of up to 4 people.
