Steve is very professional and responsive and has an excellent workforce using the top quality Topseal product and working to a high standard. The prices may not be the cheapest but they are probably the best value all things considered.

Thought you could not afford the best – well think again! I had been given quotes for Bitumen and rubber to replace the roof on my double garage from a number of companies. After doing research on the internet I thought I would not be able to afford the longer life option of Glass Fibre. I tried Advance Roofing Solutions just by chance after seeing the standard of their work on the web site. Was I surprised. They gave me a quote over the phone but wanted to check the job on-site before confirming in writing. Most of the other companies either did not come out or when they did just measured the outside size. Steve, however, came out climbed on to the roof and checked it out. He pointed out a couple of minor problems that the others had not seen and adjusted the quote by a small amount. The price was similar, and in one case much better, to the quotes I had received for a Bitumen replacement. Steve confirmed by email the next day and I booked. When my neighbour heard the price he booked as well, so the two jobs could be done together. They also had a sensible deposit unlike many others that wanted 50% to 66% of the cost up front with a vague promise of a start date. The time estimate to do the job was correct and the two guys doing the work, Simon and Darren, turned up on time and worked hard all day. Every day they cleaned up any mess they had needed to make followed by a thorough clean at the end. I have to say that they are the best two workers I have used in at least the last twenty years. ARS did an excellent job on a Topseal flat roof for me. Steve C and Brian were always available via email and phone. Steve C even drove quite a distance to quote a job when he was pretty unwell (another Topseal recommended installer wouldn't even do a site visit and wanted to quote over email…). The chaps who did the job on-site were excellent. They are doing another two roofs for me in the next 12 months. I would have no hesitation in recommending ARS.

So very pleased with the work that was done on our roof. It took a little while for the works to commence due to the bad rainy weather but they very kindly put a temporary protective cover over the old roofing which had caused some major leaks. They removed all the old covering and replaced with the new in good time. Thanks to Steve also for being such a hard worker and ensuring that everything was left neat and tidy. We were really happy with the level of communication we received from Steve Crumpler of Advanced Roofing Solutions. A fast quote, and very approachable. Our builder was in regular contact making sure the requirements were met for our Topseal Roof and Steve was able to come and check in advance to make sure everything was perfect. Good professional company, very pleased with the work carried out and the oeratives who carried out the work were exceptional with nothing being too much trouble. More expensive than a felt roof but you get what you pay for and if it lasts as long as it's claimed we will be very happy.

I am delighted to recommend Advanced Roofing Solutions after they replaced our large flat roof extension with a GRP roof. Very professional, extremely good value for money (we had many quotes and different solutions proposed by other companies). The installers were professional, highly skilled and very customer friendly. Everything was organised and delivered on schedule (skip, scaffolding, materials). The only slight concern was the length of time from booking to work starting but given the superb service and quality of work and materials I can now understand why they are so busy. Definitely recommended - they are the very best value for money option.

We have been really pleased with this company. Very helpful with advice and coming out to check how the build was going and to make sure the GRP Roofing would work well. I always received an instant reply to any query and now we are so happy with the finished result. They have a great team that work well and I know I have a quality roof that will last for many years.

I am writing this review two weeks after the job and therefore I have given the above rating for quality, but of course quality is not instant, we find out the quality of the work over a much longer period of time. The staff were pleasant and courteous and very easy to deal with, the only disappointment was the period of time between arranging the job and getting the job done, but on the other hand you have to think if they are that busy they must be doing something right.
