This man is a cowboy. His name is Craig smith and he’s still taking deposits and ripping people off. Parasite ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody I did my glass stairs and I did the mistake to pay them before the job was done… You could see on the screws how the glass cut is visible and all the glue they put to attach the handreil is so orribile to see and they never came back to repair anything I went there myself many times never had time to fix it I did it myself. Waste of time and money with this very unprofessional….

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. We were given a verbal quote for a full surround kitchen splashback on 9 Oct and paid a cash deposit to confirm the order and were told it would be fitted in 2-3 weeks. Gave the guy a colour card so that they could match the paint. On 22 Oct I contacted the owner for an update on delivery. Told glass was at tougheners. 29 Oct chased again and mentioned I would need an invoice to pay once fitted. Again said waiting for T shape to be toughened. Chased 2 Nov but problems with T shape yet again. Said they were cutting a new piece and it would be another week. 8 Nov they arranged to fit on Thursday evening. When I messaged at 6.30pm to see where they were was told they’d forgotten and had a bad week - could they fit on Monday. I messaged them early on Monday to be told he’d been ill over the weekend so could it be later that week. Said ok but if it wasn’t that week I wanted my deposit back. He messaged Thursday to tell me he was picking glass up (although he should have already had it) and would spray it. The original guy who quoted called at house on Friday to ask for another colour card as they’d lost the original one. Finally turned up late Saturday afternoon and the T piece didn’t fit. Tried to grind some off and ended up taking back to workshop to cut. They fit it but there’s a gap on one edge and the cupboard plinths that they took off and cut down are a total bodge - jagged edges and gaps. Totally spoiled the look of the cabinets. Another piece was totally the wrong size so they took away to cut new piece but it isn’t toughened as I didn’t want to wait another 6 weeks. It was finally fit on Sunday afternoon. Fitter had cheek to ask for payment on Saturday night before they’d even finished the job. Asked for invoice and boss said they’d have to charge more than quoted for VAT if I didn’t do a cash transfer. The fitted ended up writing me an invoice for only the amount he quoted - I wasn’t prepared to pay more as he’d never said the quote was for cash. I wouldn’t recommend this company - the quote was reasonable but the service is rubbish and the finish is not what I’d hoped for. I messaged our kitchen fitter who had originally recommended this company to let him know the problems we’d had and he’s offered to replace the kitchen plinths to make good AC Glass’s bodged work.Moreexpand_more

Asked for quote for a simple piece of toughened glass. Quote given and accepted. Indicated delivery in about a week. Queried delivery after a week, given one excuse. Again after 2 weeks different excuse. After 3 weeks and two further excuses for non delivery gave up. Ordered elsewhere delivery in one week. Would not recommend this firm.

Was stuck on bank holiday weekend. Needed glass cut and done within a couple of hours. Top man Craig saved the day and excellent service.

Excellent service and splashback for our new kitchen. Very reasonably priced and price included several things that other companies refused to do - measure and fitting, one piece over 3m long, and cut around extractor fan, cupboards and sockets. Sean did a great job measuring and fitting. Would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. Phoned Saturday, measured Sunday then fitted Thursday. The splashbacks look amazing and the service deserves a 10 but most can give is 5 on here. Would definately recommend to anyone wanting modern looking splashbacks. Oh and we gave a sample of colour we wanted and it was an exact match.

Used A C Glass for my Lime Green Splash back. They were so efficient, great value for money and very professional. The fitter was meticulous with measurements. It looks Fabulous and have been back to them for some glass tops. Great Company to work with and very reliable. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend Craig at AC Glass enough. I wanted a splashback for behind my cooker which was in a unusual and unsymetrical shape. It had to be a bespoke job. I call Craig the 'can do' man as he is creative in his thinking and nothing is a problem that cannot be overcome. He was reliable and kept in good communication with me and came in at a very low price with a great product. I could not be happier.

Craig fitted the splashback for our new kitchen - quote was cheaper than anyone else by quite a margin, but quality is excellent. Craig was friendly and helped us out with colour choice, and ordering and fitting was quick and without fuss. Really impressed.

Have dealt with these guys for both bathroom and kitchen pieces. I have always given them a bit of a challenge, as I wanted bespoke things. Nothing was too much trouble, and I am always delighted with the finishing results. Highly recommend!

Would thoroughly recommend AC Glass. Did a lot of research on glass splashbacks online and they were by far the cheapest but also including a fitting and measuring service. Very pleased with the product and Craig could not have been more helpful.

I contacted AC Glass only yesterday with a specific enquiry about a particular size of glass sheet. Craig got back to me very quickly and was able to supply me with what I was looking for, and at a very reasonable price. And he even dropped the glass off to me the same day! Brilliant service, and nothing was too much trouble - I can highly recommend this company. Thank you!

I have had glass splash backs fitted in my new kitchen by AC glass. It was an absolute mega job done by Craig from start to finish, even helped me find the right shade of green i wanted craig was very polite and returned several times to check i was happy with the finished job. AC glass was the cheapest quote of three, highly recommended for their service, price and product. Very happy with the job.

I simply purchased a mirror which needed to be made specifically to measure. I did think that may be too small a job for this company but no. Craig and his father Alan who own the company were great I got what I wanted it looks very good. Thank you.
