My son's home-built gaming PC "died" after 3 months of use, would not power-up despite LEDs lit on motherboard. Given the high cost of the components involved, I wanted to engage an expert rather than try diagnose it myself. I found LyJoTo online, Jos was very quick to reply to emails. I had serious malware problems with my PC after it was hacked and had significant concerns that my private data had been compromised including banking details and personal information. I contacted Jos and discussed my problems over the phone. He asked me to bring my PC down to his business where we met. He explained everything he would do to assist, in that he would check my PC for malicious malware and remove it, do a full clean of my PC and all my drives, providing me with a full report on his findings on completion of the work. Jos had my PC for two days and found and removed 5 malware infections and did all the work he promised to do. The cost of this was £40. 00 in total. All the work carried out and his findings were detailed in his report. He advised that no personal data or personal files had been accessed or any attempts made to access banking details. What a find! There are many stylish websites on line but they do not necessarily indicate competence. After contacting Jos I was reassured that here was a guy who knows what he is talking about. My Toshiba laptop would not connect to the internet after having a 'clean' installation of Windows 7. Jos recognised and explained the cause of the problem. Excellent and prompt service on a bank holiday. Computer was dropping wifi connection for no reason. Collected and returned on same day. Some ongoing problems showed to be fault with internet provider but Jos still returned and spent more than two hours resolving the issue at no additional cost. Have already agreed another project on an older computer and will certainly use again in the future.

Took my daughters laptop as it had stopped working and wouldn't even turn on. Did a wonderful job finding the fault and rectifying it. Would highly recommend and would use again. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Second time I have use this company for repair to my computer. Computer dropped off Saturday evening and back fully working on Sunday afternoon after repair to BIOS and installed hard drives. Speed and quality of work brilliant as I was in the the middle of a university assignment that only had a couple of days left before submission. (And thankfully despite my best efforts none of the work was lost). Thoroughly recommend the company and would have no hesitation in using the service again.

My old laptop was hanging up and I really thought I was going to need a new one. I was running Vista which was no longer viable. I dropped the laptop off teatime on Thursday and by lunchtime Friday I got it back. Updated to Windows 7 with all my important data transferred. Fantastic work, and advice, I will definitely use them again and will recommend Lyjoto to all my friends.

I had a major problem with my computer, where I stupidly allowed someone purporting to be a Microsoft engineer to access my computer after an initial virus encouraged me to call a number which was meant to be Microsoft. Luckily I stopped this supposed engineer realising something wasn't quite right, but by then I had a total of over 3000 virus and other malware installed on my computer and Jos managed to return my computer to me in a better condition than before having the viruses and all in less than a day later. Jos did a phenomenal amount of work at a great price of £40. I cant recommend Lyjoto and Jos highly enough!

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Lyjoto. I thought my hard drive had packed up but it turned out to be a malware infection. Dropped my laptop off Saturday afternoon and picked it up Sunday morning. Very reasonable rates and even installed software to stop it re-occurring. An absolute gentleman - thank you for saving me from a lot of heartache.
