From filling out an online form and sending my rings, and receiving payment the next day is absolutely fantastic, what a brilliant fast, no hassle service, up to date emails to keep you informed with the process was excellent knowing that they had received the rings, then another email to say they are working on my quote, I chose to see a quote first before I had payment, once I agreed the money was in my account within an hour! The rings were my mother’s rings who sadly passed away last year. Unfortunately they didn’t fit me so I didn’t know what to do with them, and found this company on google. I was sceptical at first but chose Gold Traders based on the reviews of Trust Pilot. Process was simple, and I opted to receive a valuation before accepting. I couldn't tell the grade of my gold, so just opted for 9ct, but upon receiving my valuation they had regraded the gold and the valuation was £500 more than the original quote, with a higher grade of carat. Payment was received in my bank account within 15 minutes of me accepting and providing my bank details. Very impressed.

I can't speak highly enough of Gold Traders UK Ltd. Their website explains clearly the price that they are willing to pay per gram of precious metal, and they were true to their word. One has to initially bear the cost of Special Delivery (£10) but as expected, their offer matched their advertising. They are much more transparent than another trader who initially contacted me who I can only describe as a "robber". My gold was worth over £500, the same amount as my estimate whereas a cold caller gold dealer only offered me £100 which I rejected without hesitation. I had random bits of jewellery that I’d wanted to sell and after much research chose gold-traders. The process was faultless. I received payment less than 24 hours after posting my items. I had a query beforehand so emailed them. Having got a prompt reply my mind was put at ease. I recommend this company and will definitely use again should the need arise.

Good system for getting valuations and quotes. But there seems to be a major problem with the procedure for making payments, and or the payment system. Hopefully I will be paid tomorrow.
