Electrician needed in Moseley, Birmingham.

Description

I own a ground floor flat on Oxford Road in Moseley, Birmingham.

I have fitted a ceiling fan into a bedroom but it's on the low side, so would like to replace with a covered fan unit. I have one in mind from Amazon, I can run past the electrical contractor to confirm they're happy with it.

I am also looking to install 2 fascia-board extractor fans in 2 bathrooms, as well as replace the older down-lights with more safe modern ones in both bathrooms.

I also have a recent EICR that has some actions on them (none urgent). All going well we can also agree those jobs too (alot of them relate to the switchboard).
