Description

Remove all existing carpet from the stairs, landing and three bedrooms. Inspect the exposed floorboards and repair/replace any damaged boards, secure loose boards and deal with the creaking throughout, including the stairs. Once the floor is satisfactory, supply and fit new carpet and underlay throughout. You will also need to work around and or move furniture that cannot be removed from the bedrooms. The bedrooms are 5x4, 4x3 and 3x3. The landing is 3x2.5. All in yards. I'd like Polyurethane Foam underlay everywhere. 8 or 9mm for the stairs and landing with a density between 110 and 145 kg/m3. For the bedrooms I'd like 11 or 12 mm with a density of around 110kg/m3. We are in no rush. We need to understand the costs involved, before deciding if we want to go ahead. Thank you!
