Hello.
I am looking at getting two boilers serviced.
One at my residential address in Horsforth LS18 and another in my rental property LS28.

1. The LS18 boiler - in addition to a service needs a repair/ investigation - the domestic hot water in the shower runs hot for a few minutes and then runs cold. Heating is unaffected. I would’ve is there is a problem in the valve or a build up of sludge.

2. The LS28 one needs a land lord certificate.

I would appreciate it if you could give a quote and a time frame.
