The Customer Service people I spoke to were friendly, respectful of the circumstances and above all efficient in solving the problems I had uploading the files. As I was working to a tight time scale the high quality level of service I received was very reassuring. The booklets that I received looked stunning. They were well printed on high quality card. The pages inside looked lovely and again the paper was of a high quality. I found the overall price a little expensive at first. When the booklets arrived I changed my mind as the booklets did look both fantastic and of a very high quality. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

I only realised after I had submitted my order that I had made a spelling error so I sent an email through your website to explain the situation. I received a call from Linsey the following morning saying that she had put everything right and they'd be with us shortly!!!
It has been a massive help during this difficult time knowing that the OOS's are here and looking fantastic.
