A good question, he was not the cheapest quote we had, but from our very first engagement, we felt at ease with him, he offered good sound advice to us on our purchase from easy bathrooms and suggested sensible changes, which we would have not thought about and on reflection they were the right choice.

Nick gave us lots of options to transform our en suite - some of which we hadn’t considered. His quotes were very detailed and the timescales he gave us for the work were pretty stop on. In terms of the work, it was completed to a high standard. All floors were covered to prevent dirt and dust. He communicated well, checking regularly that it was what we wanted.

Following a recommendation from friends we contacted Nick re a bathroom refurbishment involving removing our bath and replacing with a walk in shower, new toilet and sink with units. Nick Orchard was the designated fitter for Wickes when our en-suite bathroom was converted into a shower room. We were so impressed with the standard of his work especially when he rejected many of the damaged parts that Wickes delivered. Where to start? We have just had our kitchen fitted by England\'s Finest (Nick and Brad) and the company name is not just a slogan the results truly were the finest that could be expected. We ordered a Kitchen through Wickes and had nothing but problems with their organisation. Thankfully though our designer advised us to use Nick which we are so happy we did. Nicks customer service is 2nd to none and he is clearly instilling this in Brad as well. Nick gave advice throughout and told us what would and wouldn\'t work for our design. We had total trust in his professional opinions and cannot reccomend Him highly enough. Nick and Brad were a pleasure to have working in the house and I can safely say we have never had a such tidy tradesman working in our home. They left the kitchen and any area they used spotless every night even when we said dont worry, "I can\'t leave it like this" was the reply. Absolutely brilliant, totally rebuilt our bathroom. Half wet room with a stand alone bath toilet and sink. My wife and I just had Nick and Brad fit our brand new bathroom and kitchen, through Wickes. We were very impressed by how quickly they worked, and with the high quality finish and attention to detail they worked to. We were always kept in the loop about all our options when decisions needed to be made, leaving the control of what was happening to our home in our hands. Any differences in costs to the original quote were outlined upfront and explained in detail as to what they were for before we said yes or no to the differences, when they were needed at all which was not often. Nick made suggestions to how things could work better practically than what we had planned, but never forced his opinion when we said, "no thanks, let\'s stick to the plan", however we mostly went with Nick\'s ideas as they made complete sense and these ideas never added to our cost, so very chuffed! Thank you Nick and Brad, for a quick, quality and friendly service :).

As well as fitting the kitchen, they fitted a brand new laminated floor throughout the area as well as getting the rooms rewired and replastered. Nick was very helpful in carrying out a viewing of a house I was considering putting in an offer for. He got back to me quickly and I found his findings from the viewing very helpful and particularly appreciated the way he explained things clearly without being patronising. I can\'t comment on his actual work as I didn\'t get the house but he was very helpful in giving advice and suggestions.

I did a lot of research and got 4 separate quotes before choosing Nick and his team - they weren\'t the cheapest but were the most thorough, giving a detailed breakdown of the work + cost and spending a good hour talking through what I wanted and measuring up. Englands Finest repaired the central heating at a rented house I have. They were quick to sort it out and were flexible to fit in with our tenants availability. They have made additional recommendations regarding the boiler which we have asked them to carry out. Great service and very friendly and feel very comfortable with them and as a result we intend to use them to fit a kitchen at the same house. Really impressed and would definitely recommend them.

I had a chimney stack removed from the roof level through the loft and the removal of chimney breasts in two rooms. The two rooms were re plastered and had new picture rails and skirting put in place. The men came punctually every day i found them to be courteous, helpful and conscientious in their work. They put sheets down and covers as far as possible to minimise dust and dirt. Nick Orchard the owner is particularly helpful and will answer any queries with sound knowledge. I recently employed Englands-Finest Property Services Ltd to fit a new kitchen. Part of this involved removing an internal wall to make my kitchen larger. The job was skillfully completed with expert precision. Englands-Finest were punctual, polite and tidy. We discovered a large crack in our bathroom wall that led to the whole bathroom being demolished and rebuilt. I was 33 weeks pregnant at the time and in no state to co-ordinate the rebuild. Nick went out of his way to ensure that the work was done by the time our baby was born, despite set backs with planning and regulations. He sourced an architect and provided workmen for all of the jobs required. He even drove 30 miles out of his way to hand deliver a cheque to Wessex Water in order to speed things up!The work was carried out to an exceptional standard and I cannot recommend Englands Finest enough. I wanted a new kitchen, but this was to include the construction of a new single story extension at the back of my house. I also required a full bathroom refurbishment, which included the addition of a shower cubicle, Nick was able to work out the best layout for the bathroom. England’s Finest were not the cheapest quote I received, but you can see from the completed works where the extra pounds went. Nick and his team were clean and tidy, the quality and finish is superb and I would highly recommend them to family and friends and anyone else who will listen

Replaced all radiator valves, some with thermostatically controlled valves. The work was carried out efficiently and the contractor made sure he arrived very early in order to complete the work before carpets were laid.

England\'s finest team undertook a complete kitchen refurbishment, which involved moving a wall, working to accommodate the customer budget constraints through very good dialogue over options and choices. We also took the decision to change out the back door and kitchen window to new double glazed unit, fitting outside tap etc as part of the finalised works. Throughout the works, they were polite, hard working, punctual and communicated clearly progress. When a problem was found with an ordered unit being wrong specification, they resolved the problem through modifications, without having to return the unit back to manufacturer (which could have taken weeks) or having to buy a new unit. The project was finished within 1 day of plan and within agreed costs. I have since used England\'s finest for emergency plumbing work and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or to recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent !! The price quoted was competitive and I am delighted with the final product. You get what you would want from a tradesman with Nick. He and the team turn up on time they work hard and to exceptional standard. I am delighted with my bathroom renovation and would thoroughly recommend England\'s Finest Property Services to anyone.

This started off as a simple stud wall build for my daughter, but due to other structural problems ended up with a complete ground floor bathroom demolition and rebuild.Nick and his workers put themselves out to overcome the unforseen problems that arose during this project.Nick himself, did all possible to progress the work, even visiting the water company in Bath to expedite the planning permissions.An expert job, well done!

Englands Finest carried out a large amount of plastering to both walls and ceilings in our home. The standard of the finish was excellent, Nick\'s team arrived on time, worked hard, were trustworthy and respectful and cleared away any mess they made. They also installed a new bath and carried out tiling to the bathroom, which was of a very high standard. We subsequently asked them to quote to to excavate and blockpave our front garden and existing driveway.

Once again the standard of work was first class along with the service as a whole.

We have since recommended this company to family and friends.

Nick and his team @ England\'s Finest have provided us with a home to be proud of. Having bought the property from an elderly lady it was in need of some updating to say the lest. Nick and the boys came in and removed walls and a chimney, completely plastered the whole house, new skirting boards, New central heating, new re designed bathroom, new cloakroom under the stairs and the crowning glory is our new kitchen expertly installed and now the centre point of our home. I was 33 weeks pregnant at the time and in no state to co-ordinate the rebuild. Nick went out of his way to ensure that the work was done by the time our baby was born, despite set backs with planning and regulations. He sourced an architect and provided workmen for all of the jobs required. He even drove 30 miles out of his way to hand deliver a cheque to Wessex Water in order to speed things up!The work was carried out to an exceptional standard and I cannot recommend Englands Finest enough. Nick and the boys came in and removed walls and a chimney, completely plastered the whole house, new skirting boards, New central heating, new re designed bathroom, new cloakroom under the stairs and the crowning glory is our new kitchen expertly installed and now the centre point of our home.
