Freda is an incredibly open minded, accepting, passionate and caring therapist who I can say with confidence puts her all into improving the lives of the people she works with. Freda has helped me with anxiety, relationship issues and living with PDA type ASD from her huge amount of personal experience, understanding of autism and PDA, insightful comments and introspective lines of inquiry. Freda and I explored CBT type therapies and talking therapies across about 8 sessions and I\'m currently in the best place I have been in a very long time with huge hope for the future.
