1.0 out of 5 | Was called at 8am in the morning for an emergency plumbing situation, booked and paid £42 in advance for an emergency plumber and was told they would be here anytime from now to 6pm tonight. At 3.20pm we had a call and told they would not be able to get to us today!! We asked for our money back and the lady on the phone was very curt to the point of being rude! Apparently we will get the money back in the account on Tuesday! Appalling service and attitude- stay away!! Company Response:
As per your Facebook post that you deleted, you have the wrong company we are Wolverhampton based. Please delete this post and find the correct company. You should be more careful before uploading such slanderous statements.

Replaced the valve in the toilet cistern and now I can flush the loo in quiet and peace without the terrible noise I had before. 5.0 out of 5 | We contacted Harris Heating due a faulty leaking boiler. They sent someone out the following day at a time to suit us. Not easy as we both work full time. The engineer diagnosed the fault immediately and returned again at a time to suit us. Repaired straight away. We can\'t fault the service they provide and will definitely use them again. Great work!
