I would like to say a very big thank you for the assistance you gave me organising insurance for my Holiday Home last week. I spoke to you to arrange the insurance at the last minute, and you pulled out all the stops to get the documents to me by Friday evening as I had requested, calmly finding a different way to get the documents to me when the e-mail failed to send. The policy is exactly what I need.
