5.0 out of 5 | I cannot recommend Linda highly enough. She instantly put me at my ease and spent quite a long time listening to me with prompt questions to try and get to the root of the anxiety I had been suffering from.
The sessions were extremely relaxing and were totally tailor made to me and the specifics of my condition. I feel I have grown in confidence massively and am much more able to tackle the ups and downs of everyday life.

5.0 out of 5 | Linda was a great help to me. I had issues with my husbands snoring and she helped me to become less anxious and tense before going to bed at night. Although I can still hear the snoring it is slowly becoming less of an upheaval to my nights sleep and I feel more refreshed in the morning. I had 3 sessions with Linda and it dos the trick. Linda is welcoming, caring, sympathetic, gives positive guidance and listens to your individual issue/issues. I found it very theraputic talking through my past problems with Linda.The sessions were fabulous. I felt totally relaxed (something I have found hard to do before) and at ease. The visualisations given whilst under Hyponosis were fantastic and helped me immensly. I still use them now. I came out of each session feeling alive, refreshed and more and more confident. Linda also sent me a relaxation CD, which I still use and really appreciate. I would recommend Linda without any hesitation to anyone who is ready to make that positive change in their life. I found the hypnotherapy itself to be very calming and \'balancing\', helping to put things back into perspective and give me strategies to move forward. I particularly appreciated, however, the chance to talk through everything. Linda listens with tact and sympathy but also with a sense of positivity and humour and was able to use our discussion to tailor the treatment.
