| About TerryA comprehensive 5 year apprenticeship with Polypenco, the plastics market leader of its time incorporating every technical department for plastic extrusion, casting and tool design was followed by an engineering plastics sales development career. This in turn lead to my gaining the required skillset for forming a company in 1980 and being able to support customers with the technical knowledge that they required.To this day,I am proud to say that Elder Engineering(Herts) Ltd has never looked back.
