| About ToniToni qualified as an accountant in 1994, having worked for several large blue-chip companies before taking voluntary redundancy and striking out on her own.
Toni teaches accountancy, is engaged in the local community with voluntary organisations and belongs to several business organisations such as Black Country Chamber of Commerce.
Married with 2 children, when not working, spends time with her family and friends.
The family have a touring caravan and when time allows takes advantage of this to get out into the countryside or touring round Europe with friends.
When asked why she set up HPS, "I wanted to find something that would let me help SME's while providing an income. SME's are often tied down with legislation and often don't have the time or resources to deal with it effectively. HPS's fees are such that SME's can use our expertise without costing them a small fortune. I have found over the years SME's are taken advantage of and almost asked to write a blank cheque. Today SME's need to know who they are paying, what for and how much and that's where we step in as we give our clients exactly that and more".
