Zylpha UK is a growing business offering Accredited OCN Training and Community Development Support to a wide variety of clients throughout North Staffordshire. The company, which is based in Stafford, was established in 2007 and the owner, Liz Reynolds, has over 25 years experience in the Training and Voluntary and Community sectors.

With just one Executive Officer, Liz Reynolds with friendly and qualified associates, Zylpha UK has a growing team, qualified and well practised in Training, Community Development; Community Regeneration and Capacity Building.

Liz is committed to life long learning and practises this herself. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Education Degree, Liz's other qualifications include: Diploma in Management Studies; Certificate in Criminology; City and Guilds Training the Trainer and a recent addition is the Prince2 Project management foundation and practitioner qualifications.

The company is owned by Liz Reynolds who has been involved in the both Statutory and Community and Voluntary Organisations sectors for over 25 years. Having previously been employed by Stoke on Trent Council, Voluntary Action S. O. T, Adept, Norwich City Council, Community Response and Community Rural Aid, Liz Reynolds is more than qualified to manage the organisation.

With Open College Network (OCN) centre status and friendly and well trained staff and associates, the company is able to offer a bespoke learning experience to community groups, small businesses and individuals.

What Zylpha UK offers, is designed to be rewarding and fun, helping individual learners and community groups to design and achieve positive outcomes.

The company is particularly experienced in helping the 'returner' this is someone who has been out of education for some time - or previously, may well have had a negative experience.
