 out of 5 | My 1st visit to Ziniz will be my last, we had to wait up to 40 minutes for our main course after finishing our starters. Absolutely appalling service by waiting staff, after complaing to the management, they still haven't had the decency to ring us back. Whatever happened to customer care? |

 out of 5 | I'm a resident of bawtry and would reccomend the small town to everyone as a great relaxing and enjoyable night out.However one place to avoid is Zinis wine bar.I feel i am a fair person and being in business you have to accept errors but not on the scale of Zinis incompetence,lack of customer service and knowledge of running a bar.In a nutshell they have become very blase.Until they get there act together AVOID! |
