Relaxation set in almost immediately (and I was tense!) AND it lasted much longer has often been the case in the past when good money has been paid elsewhere.
An added bonus was the sound knowledge and genuine empathy shared when discussing on going related issues. So much more preferable than the usual dread one feels anticipating an up-sell coming on …...
