YourFilm is an award-winning video production agency based in Gateshead, just outside of Newcastle upon Tyne.
The agency was established in 2005 and has an extensive portfolio of successful video projects for worldwide clients across many industries.
YourFilm's full-service offering caters to agencies and clients direct, creating both broadcast and non-broadcast product and service promos, employer branding films (staff recruitment and retention), training materials, TV and cinema commercials, virals and interactive and mobile video.
YourFilm also offers 2D and 3D animation services, taking ideas from concept stage through design, storyboard, animation to final renders.
The YourFilm USP is the approach to the pre-production process: Producers work hard to get a deep understanding of the clients' organisation and their real requirement, looking into long-term marketing plans and making a concrete plan which aims for the intended return on investment before moving onto developing a creative strategy.
The business was founded on the principle that any client can successfully commission a creative, engaging and effective film that delivers the intended return. This core value remains the company's prime objective.
The YourFilm pricing-structure is based on a standard day-rate. This allows the company to quickly and accurately estimate projected budgets for potential clients.
YourFilm won Gold at the Fresh Creative Awards 2008 for best TV advertising campaign.
The company also picked up an RTS Award for Best Promotion/Commercial 2011 for their educational film for the SaveOurSeafarers campaign.

We wanted a slick, professional corporate video for an upcoming tradeshow. Our brief wasn’t the easiest; we had a lot of messaging to get across in a time limit of just over 60 seconds with quite a tight deadline, involving sign off from a third party. We also wanted a version of the promo in both English and Mandarin.
We liked what we saw on YourFilm's portfolio and met with them at their offices to discuss the project twice. We were impressed by the team there. Matt, Kevin and the rest of the team are great people to work with. We liked their professional, yet friendly attitude. They gave us some good advice and direction on our brief and challenged parts of it in order to get more impact from the video.
As this was our first professionally commissioned video, we demanded quite a lot from them. And we got it! YourFilm took on board our feedback and turned it around into a slick, highly professional video, that gets a lot of information across in an informative way, ending with a CTA. We think it's unlike anything anyone else in our industry has produced before. The feedback we’ve had from viewers has been fantastic and our Directors were blown away by it!
In a short space of time, we commissioned 3 additional edits of the video which we're using for marketing purposes. All in all, we got 1 video; 'Profit from Pictures', in 2 different languages, with 5 different edits. YourFilm managed to deliver all of this quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face - even when we called up with that last minute change!
The only thing we supplied was the script – which we chose to write and translate ourselves.
Would we use them again? Of course! Right from our initial chat we were inspired by the team's creative ideas and input. We had our own ideas of what we might want to do with video, the YourFilm guys have brought that to life and then some.

We had two planning sessions with the Guys at Your Film and I feel it's important to comment on how in-tune they were with the ideas we put forward, and how they took those ideas and turned them into comedy genius at the highest quality! The video went down a storm and I would have no issues recommending Your Film in the future (in fact I already have to a few business partners).

The remit was that the video should explain the features and benefits of Route Monkey's technology to potential customers. Your Film achieved this in a cost-effective and innovative manner. The final video contains great case studies from Route Monkey clients and an animatic sequence explaining how Route Monkey's software works and what benefits it delivers. We can also use this animatic as a stand-alone piece. Your Film were professional, friendly, flexible and customer-focused throughout the project and were a pleasure to work with.
