Shirley's aim is to help clients to resolve issues currently affecting their physical or psychological well-being. The service is intended to do this in the shortest possible time. Cognitive Hypnotherapy can be used in the effective treatment of building confidence and self esteem, fears and phobias, habits and compulsions, stress, anxiety and panic, managing pain, fighting disease, depression, trauma, improving performance, weight loss and more.
Shirley Webb is a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner being a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and her qualifications include a Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (DipCHyp), Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma (HPD) awarded by the NCH and accredited through NCFE. Shirley is also a Certified MIND FACTOR coach attaining a Diploma in Sports NLP-Hypnosis Psychology, having trained under one of Europe’s leading Sports Psychologists Dr. Karl Morris of The MIND FACTOR Institute.
