Yoga Nature Sheffield teaches yoga to kids, teens, adults, schools and businesses. Jo specialises in yoga for back care, antenatal yoga, prescriptive one to ones, small groups, yoga for special needs and yoga dance.
Jo has been a student of yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga for nearly 10 years. Jo is highly trained and has the following certificates: 4 year Dru Teacher Training; YogiYou (to teach yoga to kids and teens); Yoga Dance; 1 year antenatal yoga; 2 year Sound and Mantra and she has an up to date Enhanced CRB. She is on the Professional register of Dru Yoga Teachers and MRDY qualified (registered with Yoga Alliance and Independent Yoga Network). Jo is also author of the children’s yoga book called “A Caterpillar Singing Loudly”.

The Aum Room is a beautiful, intimate and sunny space in the heart of Nether Edge where the following will be held: - Specialised one to ones; - Yoga as a Therapy for back care; - Small group classes with no more than three people; - Aerial Yoga.
Also held in the Aum room – Antenatal Yoga.
Tuesday, 6.00-7.30pm, No more than three Beautiful Buddha Mammas, all speicialised equipment provided to keep you and your bubs safe.
During the year I also develop specific yoga workshops where we can explore in more depth various yoga topics.
"A Caterpillar "Singing Loudly" is a yoga book inspired by the twelve days of Christmas that can be used all year round. Anyone can use this book from as young as three years of age right up to adulthood. The book is fun, interactive and filled with wonderful yoga wisdom.
