4.3 out of 5 | I discovered Yazz Hair Salon from an advert in Beyond Leeds Magazine and saw all of the awards the salon had recently won.
Living local I decided to book an appointment rather than use my normal Leeds City Centre Salon.
The service I received was great I was treated like a star,the stylist really listened to me and did the most amazing cut and colour, I have already booked my next appointment,I left the Salon feeling great and have had loads of compliments!

1.0 out of 5 | I booked an appointment with a stylist at this salon, the morning of the appointment i got a telephone call to say my stylist was off ill, she was pregnant (could another senior stylist cut my hair) i agreed! what a big mistake i made. On arrival i was kept waiting 40 minutes after my appointment time, i asked for a long fringed (it looked like she had stuck a bowl round my head at hacked away!) i cried for hours when i got home, i just could'nt do anything with it. On top of this i paid something like £55.00 for my hair cut! I called the next day and spoke to the stylist that was meant to cut it in the first place, in all fairness she was really nice and said if i went back in she would try sort something out for me! I never went, as any women will agree with me our hair is one of our main features. id lost all my confidence in this salon and was not going to risk going back for seconds, thank you very much!!!!!!!!
