Based in Southend-on-sea, Xtreme Pole Dance School is a competent company offering pole dance training classes to individuals throughout the UK. Established in 2007 the company has many years experience in the dance industry and conducts all aspects of pole dance training in a safe and enjoyable environment. Xtreme Dance offer private one to one lessons, crash courses, block bookings, and the hire of poles for parties etc, Male and female students are welcome and also cater for all levels offering a training programme which suits each individual.

Xtreme Pole Dance School has an expanding customer base, situated in the local area, including incorporation with local businesses. Mandie Nicholl runs Xtreme Pole Dance with nichola Wheeler whom is her admin secretary, a lot of hard work has now paid off with great results to date. Classes held every Sunday 7pm til 8, and 8. 45 til 9. 45, the training venue is Image bar and club, situated on Southend on sea seafront, the cost of classes are eight pounds per session and are for beginners only, private lessons can be booked during session times.

The business aims to supply individuals with professional training and has a strict health and safety element in place. The experienced standards of teaching pole dance reflect on past students whom are now dancing professionally. The classes are put together starting from level one beginners to level 3 advanced, a programme is in place for each level with a certificate of achievement awarded at the completion of each.
All are welcome but ask that any persons with neck, shoulder, back or muscle complaints refrain from participation for their own well being.
