out of 5 | Xara have been dealing with my IT for 3 years now and its been a joy to run my business knowing they are there to help out whenever i need them. They maintain my systems, monitor my backups, stop viruses and clean my emails. They carry out regular maintenance on the server we have and any work they do rarely causes me any downtime at all. they seem to be around 24'7 as the servers reset after i've gone home, which can be quite late. Very happy with their service and cannot receomend them highly enough. Tremendous |

We’ve expanded year on year, and the advice and service we’ve got from Xara has enabled us to maximise the use of technology, without actually spending a great deal as we’ve grown. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any business, both on costs and service. |
out of 5 | Not every company has an unlimited I.T. budget nor are aware of technology enough to make educated decisions that will help their business for that reason finding an I.T. supplier that offers you honest and truthful advice along with exceptional service at effective prices is a rare find to say the least. Xara are that rare find in today's competitive business. When we first met them they said that turning us into sales people for them is their ultimate goal - as most small business we took those words as part of their sales pitch but here we stand today becoming exactly what they had promised us they would change us into - a client to a sales person. In short they are a company that spent time recognising our needs, our budget and suggesting solutions that fit our business and not their margins. We have no hesitation recommending them to any business looking for not just an IT service provider but a "Technology Partner." |
out of 5 | We contracted Xara To carry out a complete IT overhaul as we had been stung many times by unprofessional companies, whose focus had been on signing the contract and making as much money as possible. Xaras Pricing structure was reasonable and refreshing and they carried out the work, faster than expected and with great success. They are professional and friendly and it has been a perfect fit for us. Our issues are resolved on the whole, and the service they offer is exceptional, most of our issues are resolved immediately and fully, and we get regular updates with regards to the - work they carry out. Working with them has enabled us to understand what our setup can do for us and has improved the way we work considerably. The amount of time we save each day now is invaluable. I can not rate them highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them for any work. |
