Worthing Kung Fu School - Martial ArtsWith over 10 years experience in Martial Arts and Self Defence, Worthing Kung Fu School offers Kung Fu classes for men, women and children (of all ages and abilities from 4 upwards) across Worthing and the surrounding areas. Providing benefits such as improved health, fitness and confidence, the school has classes at Worthing Leisure Centre, Davision Leisure Centre and Northbrook Barn in Durrington.
With highly qualified instructors and friendly classes, Worthing Kung Fu School provides a professional environment in which students can learn, train and have fun. The programmes are designed to help students achieve their individual goals, i. E. Lose weight, improve fitness and health, develop an ability to defend themselves and release tension. The classes for children are intended to supplement academic learning by teaching the ABC's of life - Attitude, Behaviour and Character while training them in practical self defence skills in a fun setting.
With a team of dedicated instructors, Worthing Kung Fu School guarantees that students will receive help, advice and support on their journey through martial arts. The instructors are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable with a passion to help each individual reach their maximum potential, regardless of their ability. All the children's instructors are CRB checked and first aid qualified. Worthing Kung Fu School has an expanding network of students, located in and around Worthing, including people from all walks of life. There is no such thing as a 'typical' student as the style of Kung Fu taught is suitable for all.

4.7 out of 5 | my son who has been going to kung fu for around 8 months, is loving his lessons each week, before he joined he had a very bad temper towards myself but now he has learned to control that with the help of the wonderful teachers at the school. he was also shy and nervous at group activities but now he has learnt how to be more comfortable in other situations that arise in a child's life. I was a bit intimidated when i first joined as I was afraid of doing badly or being left out, but everyone is really friendly and so supportive when giving advice and help. It is something anyone can do at any age and with any kind of previous experience (usually none). It is now a major part of my life and I hope to continue with it and work my way up the grades. It's done wonders with my fitness without being over-demanding and there are so many extra things to get involved with like seminas and festivals. I also think it's great how you get your 1st lesson free so if you find it's not for you, you aren't commited and haven't wasted any money. Chris, who is in charge of the School, is fantastic with the children and my son really enjoys the class each Wednesday.
His confidence is growing, mainly due to learning Kung Fu and gaining self-belief, not least thanks to Chris Saunders.
All of the staff who work for the Worthing Kung Fu School are very capable, knowledgeable and kind to the pupils.
I would highly recommend this Kung Fu School to anyone.

I have visited many other Martical Arts School, and I must say Worthing Kung Fu School provide much more than I expected. My son really enjoys it. Paul have achieved so much he is more confident, Chris teaches the children self defence, awareness, respect, to be worldly wise so much more etc. Further it's very encouriging every child much complete the home work assignment, which relates, to what is taught in class. The children have the entire month to complete it, then they are given a start badge. My son likes getting the start badges it makes him feel proud. Paul next belt will be black then on to Juniors. Worthing Kung Fu School is a Fantastic School I have reccommend many parents to have their children joined and I will continue to do so.
