I have spent a HUGE amount of time dealing with this firm and as my CRM system will show, they have continually let me down.
They have failed to act upon instructions, failed to return calls, consistently failed to reply to emails, broken promises etc.
They were keen to say how great they were at outset and took my money quickly but have let me down in respect of almost everything since then.
Be VERY careful about committing to them and consider only proceeding following their written acceptance of the work to be done!!
