They don't deserve any stars!! Took a machine in with overheating problem, they didn't bother to contact me for weeks, lots of excuses as to why it wasn't done, eventually it was collected and the machine was running like it was retarded! It went back to them, big mistake, they didn't fix it, they charged more money to recover data which any idiot could have done, then lied to me about deleting personal data. Just an awful timewasting experience. The machine has now gone to Pc world repairs! Wasted 2 months with these guys and £50 down the drain… Very disappointing. They don't have realible phones or Internet, are unable to even send a simple email. The staff are worse than useless, the shop smells funny, and the guy on front desk is a shifty liar with no people skills! Tried to contact the boss, but he is nowhere to be found! Avoid them like the plague! Terrible, truley Terrible.Read More

Took my Acer laptop in for repair after it took a knock. Error that showed related to a hard disk error. They had laptop for over two weeks. During that time I received just one call and that was calling me back after I had rang them. Couldn't fix problem. Can not really rate their work but their customer service left a lot to be disired.
