5.0 out of 5 | Stayed here for 2 nights while on a girly weekend in Blackpool. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, rooms fresh and spotless. Would definately recommend to anyone visiting blackpool wanting somewhere reasonably priced and in a good location. 5.0 out of 5 | We had a 2 night stay in a room with a four poster bed and it was a large, clean and comfortable room with great facilities. The only minor problem was that we couldn't see the tv from the bed very well because one of the posts was in the way! The breakfast was superb and the staff couldn't do enough for us. All in all a very enjoyable stay. We'll be back next year!

5.0 out of 5 | Enjoyed every min in Blackpool, the Hotel is in a great location, got the bus from the airport and it dropped us off just around the cornor. Was very close to the pleasure beach. The breakfast was lovely each morning. We often came back at night and enjoyed drinks at the hotel bar, Matthew and Jane are lovely people, very helpful. We look forward to returning soon. 4.3 out of 5 | While our room was a bit small the hosts more than made up for this by being so nice and helpful. Matthew parked our car for us (as Americans we struggled with some of the parking) and took luggage to our room. They allowed us to keep our picnic supplies in their refrigerator for the next day. Matthew allowed us use of one of the family laptops in our room for the evening.
It was on a safe street and walking distance to the sea and all the attractions. The room itself was very clean and perfectly fine although tight quarters when sharing with a friend.

5.0 out of 5 | We stayed here 27th &28th October 2009 with our two children. Jane and Matthew made us feel more than welcome and offered any help we needed. A family room wasn't available when we booked so we had rooms 8 a twin and next door room 9 a double. The rooms were clean well looked after and had great facilities.
